  • Do not get lashes wet for the first 24 hours. This means no showering, having a bath, using a sauna, washing your face, or any other way that moisture, water or steam can come in contact with the lashes. Allow the glue to dry fully! It's best to shower right before any lash appointment to avoid this issue. When showering have the shower head facing your back and not your face as the pressure of the shower head can rip out your lashes.

  • Do not use any oil-based products, creams, or makeup on your face and especially no MASCARA. The use of oily products and makeup will cause the extensions to fall out much faster. If you choose to wear makeup use only water based makeup and use a water based makeup remover and lash cleanser to remove all traces of makeup daily. Check the ingredients of the products you are using before applying anything on your face or eyes.

  • Wash your lashes every day using a lash cleanser (Can be purchased at your appointment). Apply a small amount onto a soft cleansing brush and gently work through lashes in circular motions. Wash by gently splashing water on your face. NEVER have water spraying directly on your lashes! Cleaning your lashes frequently IMPROVES retention as it removes any traces of debris, makeup residue and oils from the extensions which are all substances that break down the lash adhesive.

  • Remove makeup around the eye by using a cotton swab but making sure it does not snag on the lashes

  • Do not perm, tint or use an eyelash curler on your extensions as this can damage/remove the lash extensions and even your natural lash!

  • Be careful to avoid pulling on extensions or rubbing your eyes. Touching your lash extensions will expose them to the natural oils on your fingers and may cause them to fall out prematurely.

  • Avoid sleeping on your sides and face. The extensions tend to snag on your pillowcase which causes them to fall or rip out! Purchase a sleeping mask if you're a side or face sleeper (Available for sale at your lash appointment)

  • Please see a trained lash technician to have your extensions removed. Never try pulling them out yourself as this may pull out your natural lash!

  • To extend the life of your lashes, please book a fill every 1-3 weeks!
